A lot of tracking apps assume a barcode or a branded listing. Real weeks include leftover curry, a café sandwich with no packet, and a labelled yoghurt from the fridge.
EatAlyze is set up so you can type a food or recipe, scan a barcode, or take a photo. In full use — after a Gemini API key is in Settings — the AI fills a nutrient profile: not only energy, but vitamins, minerals, protein, fats, and other nutrients you choose to follow.
In Demo mode you can still open the diary and move through the sample data. Adding new foods and nutrients waits until the key is present. That split is honest: exploration first, personal database second.
If that workflow matches how you actually eat, download from the website: https://eatalyze.australians.com.
