Closing a nutrient gap is easier when the suggestion looks like your kitchen. EatAlyze’s meal suggestions (available after you add a Free Gemini API key) are framed around foods you already log and enjoy, and around dietary restrictions you have entered.
That is not a meal plan sold as medical advice. It is a practical prompt: if today’s diary is light on a nutrient you track, the app can propose a later meal using familiar ingredients.
